Bush Fire Ministries has opened doors to the community through preaching of God's word and there has been great response from the community in that the of needy people who are being identified are being helped not only through almsgiving but also on the spiritual part in line with 3 John 1-3 from the word of God. to live in good health even as the soul prospers.
God expects every child to be in good health , and as the ministry we have opened our eyes to the world around us to avoid being so spiritually minded and becoming of no earthly use.Why we are existing is to see that the hurting generation is met with the word of God, Jesus reminded us to be mindful of those in need, the sick , in prison, orphans, widows, destitutes and other in desperate situations .
The Ministry has plans to build a permanent church building since there is demand from the community and the number is on the increase as the result there has been some challenges which needs conscented efforts from partners with the passion to help in preaching God's word through missions work .
Bush Fire has enough space should there be any request from the interested individuals, group volunteers , missionaries or churches to partner with us .
The Ministry has also the evangelism programmes targetting the commercial sex workers , since they are not the out casts but God people who just needs redirection in life.
Jesus came for such people who feel they are not considered in society for that reason they live reckless lives and contracting diseases especially now when there is the issue of HIV/AIDS.
The church has been so passive in the fight against HIV/AIDS but Bush Fire has been so much involved in the HIV and malaria control and prevention programmes. Where the orphanage /Ministry is situatuated is 15 km away from town and 7 km away from the nearby health centre, therefore, there has been demand from the community therefore , receiving missionaries who are involved in health issues will add value to the ministry in the area of evangelism. Building a health centre is one of the plans for the ministry since the area is like the farming area or village type (peri-urban area)
